The Abu Dhabi Registration Authority (ADRA), the business sector development and regulatory arm of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, has announced it is investigating reports of unjustified price increases or failure to maintain necessary stock levels by some economic establishments in recent days. The authority confirmed that if any violations are found, they will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in accordance with applicable laws and procedures. It also affirmed its commitment to maintaining market stability, promoting fair business practices, and protecting consumer rights.
